Police have arrested a youth from Golbazar municipality-11 Balkawa on the charge of murder of his neighbor. The arrested has been identified as 20-year-old Govinda Sada. Govinda reportedly killed his neighbor, 50-year-old Ram Awatar Sada by hitting him with a wooden plank during a dispute between the two. Ram Awatar who sustained serious injury in the attack died during treatment at Nobel hospital in Biratnagar. DSP Madhabraj Kharel of District Police Office Siraha said that police arrested Govinda police found his involvement in Ram Awatar's murder. Police are further investigating on the incident by holding him into custody at Area Police Office Golbazar.
