A woman from Mudkechula village has been seriously injured after being beaten by two women. 22-year-old Ramchaya Shahi, of Mudkechula rural municipality-6 Narku currently residing in ward 3 Sarmi of the rural municipality was beaten by Lachhina Rokaya, 30, and Lalpura Rokaya, 41, of Mudkechula rural municipality-8.
Shahi sustained serious injury in the attack by the two women. Police investigations revealed that they had attacked her with sharp wood and stones. Even though the cause of assault is still unclear, the perpetrators were drunk, the Police said.
