Cadres of Netra Bikram Chand-led group attacked 64-year-old Buddhiman Shrestha of Siddhalek rural municipality-5 with an iron rod and sharp weapon on May 5 while he was feeding fodder to chicken at his home.
They attacked Shrestha saying that he beat their cadres. According to DSP Prakash Bista of District Police Office Dhading. The Chand cadres ran away after seriously injuring Shrestha in the attack. Shrestha's neighbors later rescued hem and sent him for treatment to Trauma center in Kathmandu. Police are looking for the attackers. The victim's family is yet to file a complaint at the police.
