Dalit woman beaten for touching tap water

Three women allegedly assaulted Samundra Pariyar, a Dalit woman, for touching the tap water in Kathmanu metropolis-23, Ombahal. When Pariyar escaped and came home, the women followed them to her room and beat her. The woman has injuries on her head and hand.
Police arrested Perpetrator Mina Shrestha after complaint was filed at Public Service Police Office, Bishalbazar.
