Members of Netra Bikram Chand led group torched a truck bearing plate number Na 6 Kha 8007 in Khanigaun of Thaha municipality-1. The truck was heading towards Hetauda according to DSP Yagya Prashad Bhattarai. The members of the group torched the truck citing violation of the general strike called upon by the group.
