Member of Biplov led group arrested

Police on Thursday afternoon arrested 37-year-old Baburam Rai, president of a youth organization 'Red Young Force' affiliated to Chand-led group from Khandbari municipality.
Rai is a permanent resident of Sankhuwasabha Panchkhapan Municipality-4, Bana and is currently staying at Morang Kanepokhari Rural Municipality-4. According to police, he is wanted on the charge of being involved in bomb explosion, arson, and other organized crimes. Police are further investigating the incident.
