Saptari, Balatkaar ko aropit riha. November 24 District Court has released Anwarul Miya, 50, of Jagdari in Maleth VDC-9 who was held on charge of raping a 22-year-old woman. The single bench of additional judge Pushparaj Thapaliya released Miya. He was arrested on charge of incest on October 26 following a complaint by the woman on the same day that he had raped her on October 20. The victim, in her complaint, said that the incident happened after her husband went abroad for work. However, she turned hostile during the recording of the statement.
