On Wednesday night, Vikas Thapa, 18, died in a blunt weapon attack over a dispute while drinking alcohol at Myagde-3, Dhayare . According to District Police Office Tanahu, Sanjay Pariyar attacked Thapa with a wooden plank. Injured Thapa succumbed to injuries during treatment on Thursday night at Manipal Hospital, Pokhara.
According to DSP Shyam Aryal, suspect of the incident Pariyar is arrested and further investigation is going on. According to him, Pariyar has confessed that in a dispute while drinking alcohol he hit Thapa with wooden firewood.
