Two teens were injured in a knife attack at Itahari Submetropolitian city-16, near Saraswati Secondary School on Friday at 4:00 pm. 16-year-old Himal Basnet along with other four boys of Itahari-16 and 16-year-old Anish Rai of Itahari-10 along with 4-5 boys had a dispute regarding football match and attacked each other with knives.

Himal had an injury in his right hand whereas Anish sustained injury on the right side of his abdomen. Area Police Office has taken Himal Basnet in custody and Anish is receiving treatment at B.P Koirala Institute of Health Sciences. According to the Area Police Office, search for the others involved in the incident is ongoing.
