A woman reportedly killed her former boyfriend with the help of her husband at Mad of Chure Rural Municipality, Kailali.
Kamal Kunwar, 40, a daily wage earner, was found buried on July 7.
Organising a press meet on the premises of Kanchanpur District Police Office, police informed that Lal Bahadur Lama and his wife Kalpana Lama had killed Kunwar. The Lama couple was made public at the press meet.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Dakshya Bahadur Basnet said the Lama couple had killed Kunwar and buried his body in a ditch near Simsela khola. Police nabbed the Lama couple yesterday. “Kunwar was killed according to Kalpana’s design as she wanted to cover up the illicit affair that she had with Kunwar,” police surmised.
