Saptari, Maawobadi sachib riha. Saptari/November 25 The District Administration Office has released Dipendra Majhi, district secretary of CPN-M on November 25. Majhi, 32, of Mahadeba VDC-9, was arrested on November 10 on charge of carrying out anti-election activities from his house. He was released following order from the Chief District Officer Hari Krishna Paudel after the counting of the ballot finished. He was charged with public offense and held at the Area Police Office. CDO Paudel said that Puri was arrested for trying to organize protests against the election and was released following election on general date.
