Khotang/November 25 Pabi Maya Acharya, 39, of Dubetol in Lafyang VDC-5 has filed a complaint against her husband Nabaraj Acharya, 42, at the District Police Office Diktel on November 25, accusing him of inflicting physical and mental torture upon her. According to the victim, her husband frequently beat her and she was severely injured in his beating on November 23. She has demanded action against her husband and asked to conduct her health check-up. SI Yadab Gautam of the District Police Office said that the victim was undergoing treatment on the basis of her complaint and the accused would be arrested.
