Police arrested 6 members of Netra Bikram Chand-led group, including Devilal Pun, Rukum East district secretary of the group from different places of Rukum East. The arrested have been identified as Mohanlal Sarki, Lilaram Budha, Raju Thapa aka Dhan Bahadur BK, Kumar Budha aka Hika Budha. Police are further investigating on them.
