Lok Bahadur Palli Magar, Binod alias Tej Bahadur Bista, Kanti alias Dhirendra Bhandari, Suv alias Bir Bahadur BK and Samudra alias Dinesh Thapa were arrested from East-West highway while enforcing bandh on November 11 night. Further investigation is underway, according to SP Mohan Raj Joshi of District Police Office of Kailali. District secretary of CPN-M Mahesh Baduwal condemned the arrest.
