Bardiya, Chunabma vote halna najana CPN-M dwara dhamki. Bardiya/ November 13 The CPN-M has threatened the public not to cast vote in the upcoming Constituent Assembly election. The CPN-M cadre Jagat BK alias Bishwo of Mahammadpur VDC-8 and others threatened the local people not to cast vote in the election. The CPN-M cadres had also pressured the locals to plant the bomb in the school premises. Police was deployed in the incident site after the locals informed the police about the incident. DSP Rajendra Dhamal said that he was unaware about the incident.
