The District Court has ordered to send three persons including former lawmaker Ram Chandra Pyasi in custody on charge of killing UML central member and the then candidate for Constituent Assembly elections 2013 from Bara-4. A bench of Judge Tejendra Sharma Sapkota on December 1 issued the order to keep Pyasi of Banjariya VDC-4, Indian nationals – Atik Khan of Aligadh and Raju Srivastav of Dunkan road for investigation. A team of Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) had arrested the trio on October 26 after Aalam died while undergoing treatment at Kathmandu on October 10 after being shot on October 4. Shretedar at the court Roshan Bhattarai said that the accused were sent to custody as their involvement was seen in the incident. Lawyers pleading on behalf of the accused had demanded that the case be taken forward without sending them in custody. L
