Biplov's cadre arrested from Baglung

Police arrested 28-year-old Sudharshan Nepali of Galkot municipality-11, Majhuwa on September 30. Sudharshan is a leader of outlawed Nepal Communist Party(NCP) led by Biplov. He was arrested for being involved in extortion and different illegal activities, said DSP Navaraj Bhatta.
