अवस्थीलाई चन्दा सङ्कलन गरिरहेको अवस्थामा स्याँडी प्रहरी चौकीबाट खटिएको टोलीले नगदि रसिद ठेलीसहित गिरफ्तार गरी अनुसन्धान थालिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय सूचना अधिकारी इश्वरिदत्त पान्डेले बताए ।
