32-year-old Bijay Kumar Yadav, junior personnel at Armed Police Force has been injured in the beating of inspector Siyaram Chaudhary of the Armed Police Force in Siraha.
Inspector Chaudhary reportedly beat Yadav, a permanent resident of Shambhunath Municipality-1, working in the Armed Police Force Nepal No. 7 Gan Headquarters, Siraha three days ago on Wednesday.
Yadav, who was injured in Wednesday's incident, is undergoing treatment at Nobel Teaching Hospital in Biratnagar.
Yadav said that police inspector Chaudhary kicked him with boot and punched him for about fifteen minutes. He alleged that he was beaten in front of everyone at the gate by an Inspector.
According to the hospital, the victim was admitted to ICU due to his serious conditions. The victim accused that the inspector brutally attacked him to vent his personal frustration. However, SP Som Bahadur Gurung, claimed that it was actually Yadav who had started venting his frustration about his marriage failure in office and Yadav was not beaten.
