Pyuthan, Balatkaarka aaropit birudh jaheri. Families of two girls have lodged a complaint of rape at District Police Office on December 3. The District Police Office said that the complaint has been lodged against Subash Sunar, 20, of Tushara VDC-4 and Khadga Bahadur Sunar, 25, on charge of raping two girls- one 13-year-old and another 14-year-old on December 2. The victims were gagged and raped in the jungle, according to them. The victims' family apprehended Khadga Bahadur after finding out about the incident and handed him over to police. Police have kept Sunar at district police office for the further investigation, said Inspector Ain Bahadur Malla of District Police Office. Search for the other accused, Subash Sunar, is underway, according to him. The victim girls underwent medical checkup at Bijuwara Hospital on December 3, according to Inspector Malla. The initial investigation found that the girls were raped by the accused while returning to home from Dhad Bazar of Okharkot VDC, Inspector Malla said.
