The headteacher of Kamala Secondary School in Panini Rural Municipality-8, Pali of Arghakhanchi, Govinda Raj Panthi, hurled caste-related-slurs and assaulted Sagar Nepali, a 10th grade Dalit student of the school, for allegedly breaking a tap of the school.
The headteacher assaulted Sagar, presuming Sagar as the perpetrator since other students, as per him, could not be involved in such activities. Sagar, however, denied his involvement in the activity.
