The cadres of Netra Bikram Chand led Nepal Communist Party(NCP) have been allegedly involved in painting the name of their political party in the signboard of the Shaileshikhar Municipality-4 office on December 10. Additionally, they placed a suspicious item in the main gate of the ward office with a note that said Biplov, said local Mahadev Thagunna. The staff of the office informed the police of the suspicious item, which apparently was a harmless empty box covered with a red cloth. The regular working in the office started after 1 pm because of the disturbance caused by the item.
