CPN (Biplov)’s leader arrested

Police has arrested Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov) led CPN’s district committee member Padam Bahadur K.C with materials used for preparing explosives on 17 December from Bhageri Khola, Darma Rural Municipality- 5.
According to the District Police Office Salyan, K.C was found with No. 6 Detonator, No. 33 Electric Detonator, Safety Fuse, Sulphuric Acid and other materials used for making IED, Voltameter, one round bullets of 303 Rifle and documents of the party.
K.C is kept on remand at the District Police Office for investigation.
