The incident came out after family of the victim informed the Area Police Office Dhalkebar about the incident. Inspector Milan KC of the APO Dhalkebar said that police arrested the accused on December 12 and filed a case against them on December 13. The APO said that the girl was working as a domestic help due to weak financial condition. Those arresting on charge of molesting the girl are Chandra Bahadur Hemjan, Govind Bal and Gyan Bahadur Ghising of Puspabalpur VDC-8. Investigation is ongoing keeping the accused in custody, police said.
