Excavator used to demolish Dalit families' house

The District Administration of Siraha bull-dozed the homes of five Dalit families in Siraha through the use of an excavator in the harsh winter season. The landlord had filed a complaint in the district court of Siraha demanding the removal of the families from the Guthi land which belonged to Radha Krishna temple.
