PAANCHTHHAR, Bharuwa banduk le handa mrityu. A person was shot and killed over a minor dispute here in the district on Monday evening. The deceased identified as Tek Bahadur Rai, 35, of Oyam VDC was gunned down by one Bishnu Rai of the same district, police said. Rai has been absconding following the shooting. Meanwhile, police have been searching for the culprit.
