On November 26, 35-year-old Bijay Kumar Yadav (Aamod) of Siraha Municipality-5 verbally and physically assaulted 41-year-old Arjun Kumar of Siraha Municipality-1. The perpetrator who fled the incident was arrested on Saturday from his house.
