Police arrested 27-year-old Dipendra Kushuwaha of Mahagadhimai Municipality-1 on Monday over a Facebook post criticizing the Mayor of Mahagadhimai Municipality.
Kusuwaha tried to take a video of the Mayor's response during the inspection of a canal in Mahagadhimai-2.
