A youth has been found dead in a toilet at a Life Saving Treatment Home (correction center) in Urlabari of Morang district on Sunday evening. The deceased has been identified as Bishal Shrestha, 21, of Urlabari-2.

Relatives have demanded an investigation after the body was found in a trap in a toilet ventilator. Relatives refused to accept the body, saying it was a suspicious death. But after the police took the two under control for investigation, the relatives accepted the body.

Police have arrested Shekhar Karki, chairman of the home, and Rabindra Dahal, in-charge of the home, after the relatives refused to accept the body, saying it may have been murder rather than suicide.
