28-year-old Dipa Nepali of Ghodaghodi Municipality-4, currently living in Tarakeshwor Municipality-10, filed a complaint against Shree Krishna Bidari, the landlord for locking her out of her of the rented room on February 16 solely because she was a Dalit.  Dipa said she was given a 35-days-notice to evacuate the room. Dipa, on March 6, filed a complaint against the landlord Shree Krishna, his wife Radhika and  Janak Dhungana and his wife Santoshi, the other tenants of the house.
