Ward Chair files complaint of caste discrimination

36-year-old Ward Chairperson of Narharinath Rural Municipality-7, Dal Bahadur Bishwakarma, filed a complaint of caste discrimination against 50-year-old Dal Bahadur Buda of the same place. Bishwakarma accused Buda of using derogatory language and manhandling him on March 12 while at the ward office.
