Saptari,Patni hatyaka aaropit hirasatma. Santosh Kumar Yadav, 25, of Birahi Birpur VDC-1 has been held in custody of the District Police Office on remand on January 13. He is accused of strangling his wife Rambha Devi, 21, to death on the night of June 18. The accused was arrested on January 6 by the police from Rajbiraj and the investigation is underway, said SP Dinesh Amatya. The victim’s father Shyam Sundar Yadav of Boriya VDC-8 had lodged a complaint at District Police office on July 4 against Santosh Yadav, Father and mother in law Birendra Yadav, 51, Aruhuliya Devi Yadav and other family members.
