On Thursday, Prakash Gaire, Principal of Buddhajyoti English Boarding School and Ward Chairperson of Kapilvastu Municipality-3, beat Ramesh Badai, teacher of the school, when he asked for his salary.
According to victim Badai, Gaire beat him with a belt abusing him verbally. Meanwhile, DSP Sunil Malla, District Police Office Kapilvastu, said that the complaint is lodged but not registered yet. He said the complaint is not registered because the investigation is going on.
The school's Principal Prakash Gaire claimed that the incident was imaginary. "It's done with the intention of defaming the school and me," Gaire said.
