Suwash Rai, 23, of Bhutanese Refugee camp Beldangi sector 1 in Damak municipality-2 has been sent to prison for investigation by the court order on January 27. Rai was arrested on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl on December 30 near the community forest of Damak municipality-2. The victim’s family had lodged a complaint against Rai on the same day at area police office. He was further arrested on the same day by the police for further investigation.
