Four locals of Mayadevi Rural Municipality-1 Pakadi assaulted 40-year-old Anita Pasi, a single Dalit woman on April 19 for sprinkling water in a dusty road. They assaulted the woman claiming that a Dalit should not sprinkle water in the public road. Among the assaulters are Sanahe Yadav, Hariram Yadav, Badaki Takiyahi and Chotaki Takiyahi.
