Police misbehave with a journalist of Baarakhari

Traffic police misbehaved with Keshav Joshi, a staff of Baarakhari while capturing lockdown situation's video in New Baneshwor.
Traffic Police Shambhu Shrestha misbehaved with Joshi saying that he can not take video even after the journalist showed him the press pass issued by the Information Department. SSP Bhim Prasad Dhakal of the Metropolitan Traffic Division said that action would be taken against those who misbehaved.
