Man kills brother-in-law in Khotang

Khotang Police arrested 27-year-old Milan Rai of Kepilashgadi Rural Municipality-2 for allegedly killing his 47-year-old brother-in-law with a stone. Police have also arrested 20-year-old Jeevan Rai, the brother of Milan, for further investigation into the incident.
