Men assault Dalit after losing a court case

Sukeshowr Kathabaniya and his son Bibek Kathabaniya assaulted Shatrughan Paswan of Haripur Municipality-2 after losing a court case over a piece of land. According to Shatrughan, they verbally assaulted him with ethnic slurs before assaulting him physically. He further stated that the Area police office Haripur denied his complaint of an assault that was to be filed against Kathabaniya duo.
