Sindhuli, balatkaarka aaropit purvapakshko laagi thunama. Badri Lungeli Magar, 40, of Ranibas VDC-7 has been remanded in custody on February 20 on charge of raping an 18-year-girl. Judge of the district court Hari Kumar Shrestha sent him to jail for remand. The victim had filed a complaint at the District Police Office Sindhuli on October 4, 2013 accusing Magar of raping her the previous day after threatening her in her house while she was alone. Police had registered the case at the District Court on November 6 after preliminary investigation. The accused was absconding after the incident. Police had found him hiding in the village on February 19.
