Nepal Student Union (NSU) staged a protest on Monday against the land encroachment by India. Police allegedly took 17 protesters in control and tortured them in the van while taking them to Nepal Police Club.
The protesters claim that the police used an electroshock weapon to shock them when they started chanting slogans in the van. However, police have denied the allegations.
