A 23-year-old woman has filed a complaint against Khagendra Bahadur Rana Magar, 30, of Sungnam VDC on February 28 accusing him of raping her on February 26. According to the complaint, the accused broke into her house when her husband was away and raped her threatening her with a sharp weapon. She had filed a complaint at Basantpur Area Police Office on February 27 leading to the prompt arrest of the accused. Inspector Bishnu Khadka said that a case of rape was filed against him as soon as he was brought to the district headquarters Manglung.
