Saptari,pati virudh manachamal muddha darta. Chadani Devi Jha, 40, of Rajbiraj Municipality-7 has lodged a complaint against her husband Pankaj Kumar Jha, 42, demanding sustenance on March 5. The district court said that the victim lodged a complaint for subsistence of Rs 9,000 monthly after the accused denied either to keep her in his house or bear her expenses. Pankaj had married Chadani on 1995 and again got Kiran Devi Jha as second wife on 2001. The accused already served one year sentence and penalty of Rs 1000 for polygamy. The victim has already lodged a complaint demanding the share of the portion of his property on June 22, 2007 which is pending at the court. She stated that she lodged a complaint demanding for subsistence as she was having a financial crisis since the court process is long.
