Dolakha,prahariko goli praharbata ek jana ghaite. Amit Ghimire of Kabre VDC-3 has been injured in police shooting on March 16. Police resorted to firing after the locals of Kabre VDC-2 including Min Bahadur Ghimire, 40, of Kabre VDC-3 vandalized the vehicle of Area Police Office and helped an arrestee to flee. Police had arrested Tej Bahadur Tamang, 26, on charge of being involved battery. Police bullet hit him on the left knee, DSP Suresh Kafle informed. Ghimire is undergoing treatment at Dolakha General Hospital under police surveillance. DSP Kafle added that the police went to detain the people including Min Bahadur Ghimire along with others after learning that they had thrashed to Indian nationals, Rohit Tahan and Raju Tahan, who worked as employees in timber factory. The duo’s boss Kamal Dahal informed that the beating has left Rohit with a broken rib. Policeman Ganesh Kandel has been injured in the incident. Police have arrested Sumitra Moktan and Amit Ghimire for investigation being conducted by the police. U
