Biplav group's Student Leader arrested

Police arrested a member of the Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplav'.
A team of Lalitpur Metropolitan Police arrested Narendra Bahadur Bhandari, District Vice-chairman of ANNFSU Revolutionary Students union Lalitpur on Wednesday evening.
Police have accused him of intimidating the locals by posting leaflets and pamphlets related to the Biplav group in a way that spreads hatred against the state.
Police said that further investigation is going on after arrested him from Balkumari, Lalitpur.
