47-year-old Goma Katuwal of Chaudandigadhi Municipality-10 has lodged a complaint against Ram Kumar Khadka, Ward Chairperson of the same ward, in the Judicial Committee on June 23.

The victim informed to INSEC representative that she lodged the complaint after the ward chairperson misbehaved, hit her with a teacup, and did not allow her to speak during a discussion regarding Hadiya Bazar road section on June 19.  

The victim has mentioned in the complaint that the local representative used abusive language and misbehave her and other women when they showed interest in matters of public concern. 

Ward Chairman Ram Kumar Khadka said that nothing happened like what the victim said, but there was a general discussion.
