Demonstration staged in Butwal demanding the withdrawal of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). "Nepal's development will be done by the Nepali people, not by the MCC; Nepal's roads and electricity should be in the interest of Nepali people, not in the interest of foreigners; MCC is colonizing Nepal," some placard read. 

They demonstrated at Pushpalal Park, BP Chowk, and Traffic Chowk of Butwal with various placards and demanded the repeal of MCC. 

The youths took part in the protest, wearing T-shirts and masks with "No MCC" written on them.
