Police arrested a 17-year-old boy of Sundarharaincha Municipality-2 Morang for sexually abusing a 10-year-old child on July 16, Wednesday. According to the relatives of the victim, the teenager sexually abused the child by threatening him to kill in Ukhubari on Wednesday afternoon.
