Rautahat,agyat samuh dwara goli prahar. Rautahat/ April 1 Kaladhar Paudel, 47, of Santapur VDC-6 has been injured in a firing by an unidentified group of people on March 31. The group of 5-6 people opened fire at Paudel at around 11 pm while sleeping at his home. He sustained a thigh injury in firing. He was further taken out from the house by the group and shot his arms and attacked him with iron rod, said his relative Surya Prasad Paudel. The injured is undergoing medical treatment at Bharatpur Medical College Teaching Hospital, Chitwan. Police suspects that he was attacked over a professional dispute as he was a buffalo trader. The hunt for the accused is underway, said Inspector Prakash Shahi of Area Police Office, Chandranigahapur.
