Ilam, balatkaar aaropit giraftar. Ilam/ April 8 Police have arrested Akash Rai, 18, of Mangalbare VDC-3 on April 7 on charge of raping a 14-year-old girl. The accused raped a girl when she was alone at home on April 3 and again attempted to rape her on April 6. Rai was arrested by the police after the complaint was lodged by the victim’s family at police office, Inspector Kbindra Karki said.
