Police arrested 26-year-old Anil Shah and 24-year-old Mukesh Dev of Sudi Basti in Biratnagar Metropolitan City-15 on August 1, Saturday evening on the charge of manhandling and misbehaving with police. The accused broke the glass of a police vehicle bearing number plate Na 1 Jha 1348 of the Area Police Office, Rani. They reportedly gathered a group and started furore against the police. Police are further investigating the incident.
